back If you connect to the Internet via AOL, and have a problem to log in, please do the following: 1 Connect to AOL as you normally would. 2. Leave the AOL window open, but minimize it (Windows), hide it (Mac). 3. Open Internet Explorer, or Netscape (or any other Internet browser) and go to the TateChelsea site. (if you don’t have the above programs download one from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie or http://www.mozilla.org/download.htm )
